Claims (13)
- 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기에 있어서,제어 단자를 구비하는 FET, 및RF 입력 신호를 수신하고, 상기 제어 단자에 인가된 신호를 제어하여 상기 FET를 스위치 모드로 동작시키는 구동 회로를 포함하고,상기 구동회로는,각각 컬렉터, 베이스 및 이미터를 구비하고 푸시-풀 배열로 접속되는 한 쌍의 쌍극성 구동기 트랜지스터, 및컬렉터, 베이스 및 이미터를 구비하는 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 쌍극성 구동기 트랜지스터들의 상기 이미터들은 DC 분리 커패시터를 통해 상기 FET의 상기 제어 단자에 접속되고,상기 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터는 공통 베이스 구성으로 접속되며, 상기 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터의 상기 컬렉터는 상기 한 쌍의 쌍극성 구동기 트랜지스터들의 베이스에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 FET는 드레인, 소스 및 게이트를 구비하는 FET 스위칭 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제어 단자는 게이트이며,상기 FET에 리액티브 소자를 통해 동작 전압이 인가되며,RF 출력 전력을 제어하기 위해 상기 동작 전압을 변동시키는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 RF 입력 신호는 상기 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터의 상기 이미터에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 RF 입력 신호는 DC 분리 커패시터를 통해 상기 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터의 상기 이미터에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 추가 쌍극성 트랜지스터의 상기 컬렉터는 인덕터(inductor)를 통해 동작 전위에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일단 스위치 모드 RF 증폭기.
