Description

또한, 제조된 커패시터를 125℃에서, 1,000시간동안 방치한 후, 실온으로 복귀한 후, 고온가속시험을 행하고, 동일한 방법으로 누설전류값을 측정하였다. 100㎂ 이하의 전류값을 가지는 커패시터는 결함없는 것으로 판정되었다. 이 평가는 커패시터 50 유니트에 대해서 수행하였다.
