Claims (6)
- 회전축이 설치되는 본체와; 상기 회전축과 브라켓에 의해 연결되는 차단간과; 상기 본체에 설치되어 회전축과 연결수단에 의해 연결되는 잭스크류 축을 구비한 스크류 잭 유니트와, 상기 스크류 잭 유니트를 구동시켜 상기 잭스크류 축을 승강시키기 위한 구동부를 구비한 승강수단과;건널목으로의 열차 진입 및 통과신호를 인지하기 위한 검출부와 상기 검출부에 의해 감지된 신호에 의해 상기 구동부의 구동모터를 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동차단장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전축과 본체에는 상기 차단간의 상승 및 하강의 속도를 제어하기 하기 위한 것으로, 회전축에 설치되어 차단간의 상승 및 하강의 위치를 감지하는 센서타겟들과, 상기 센서타겟들과 인접되는 본체에 설치되는 하강감속센서, 하강정지센서, 및 상승감속센서 및 상승 정지센서들로 이루어진 위치제어수단을 더 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동 차단장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 잭스크류 유니트는 상기 본체에 설치되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 상기 잭스크류축과 나사 결합되어 잭스크류축을 승강시키는 웜휠과, 상기 웜휠과 치합되며 상기 구동부의 모터에 의해 정역회전되는 구동축을 가진 웜을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동 차단 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차단간은 중공을 가지는 차단부재들과, 상기 차단부재를 연결하는 절연부재를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동 차단장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은 정전 시 정전상태를 감지하고 축전지의 전원을 교류로 변환시켜 상기 모터에 공급하는 무정전원공급수단를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동 차단장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전축과 본체에는 차단 간의 하강 위치를 한정하기 위해 회전축의 회전위치를 한정하는 스토핑 수단을 더 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건널목 자동차단장치.
