Claims (23)
- 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형 방법에 있어서,원하는 패턴을 가지며, 실리콘으로 이루어진 주형을 마련하는 단계와;비결정질 금속의 성형이 가능한 합금을 상기 주형과 접촉하도록 배치하는 단계와;상기 합금의 1.5Tg 이상의 성형 온도로 상기 주형과 상기 합금을 가열하여 상기 합금이 상기 주형을 채울 수 있도록 하는 단계와;상기 합금을 상온으로 냉각시켜 비결정질 금속 부품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형방법.

- 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형 방법에 있어서,원하는 패턴을 가진 주형을 마련하는 단계와;비결정질 금속의 성형이 가능한 합금을 상기 주형과 접촉하도록 배치하는 단계와;합금의 결정화 곡선의 돌출부 이상의 성형 온도로 상기 주형과 상기 합금을 가열하여 상기 합금이 상기 주형을 채울 수 있도록 하는 단계와;상기 합금을 상온으로 냉각시켜 비결정질 금속 부품을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형방법.
- 높은 종횡비를 갖는 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형 방법에 있어서,적어도 일부 영역이 폭보다 큰 높이를 가진 홈을 구비하는 원하는 패턴을 가진 주형을 마련하는 단계와;비결정질 금속의 성형이 가능한 금속 합금을 상기 금속 합금이 결정화가 진행되기 전에 상기 홈을 실질적으로 채울 수 있는 충분한 유동성을 가지게 되는 성형 온도까지 가열하여 상기 주형을 상기 금속 합금으로 충전하는 단계와;상기 금속 합금의 결정화 이전에 상기 성형 온도로부터 상온으로 상기 금속을 냉각시켜 상기 주형의 형상을 복제한 비결정질 합금 부품이 형성되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비결정질 금속 부품의 성형방법
