- 삭제
- 전지캔의 개구부에 뚜껑체를 얹어 용접에 의해 입구를 밀봉한 밀폐형 전지에 있어서, 뚜껑체의 주위와 전지캔의 개구부와의 회합부의 일부에 간극부를 형성한 상태에서 입구를 밀봉한 후에, 간극부로부터 전해액을 주액한 후에 간극부의 입구를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 전지캔의 개구부에 뚜껑체를 얹어 용접에 의해 입구를 밀봉한 밀폐형 전지의 제조방법에 있어서, 전지캔내에 전지요소를 수납한 후에, 전지캔의 개구부에 뚜껑체를 얹고, 뚜껑체와 전지캔의 개구부와의 회합부의 일부에 간극부를 형성한 상태에서 용접에 의해 입구를 밀봉한 후에, 간극부로부터 전해액을 주액하고, 이어서 간극부를 용접에 의해 입구를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전해액의 주액은, 간극부를 바닥부에 위치시켜 수용함과 동시에 주액해야 할 전해액을 넣은 주액조를 내부에 형성한 주액실내에서, 주액실내의 압력을 대기압 이하로 적어도 1회 감압한 후에, 대기압 또는 대기압 이상의 압력으로 유지함으로써 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지의 제조방법.
