Claims (4)
- 금속 극박판 제조 방법으로서,강철제 또는 비철금속재질의 모재금속(1)에 구리보다 녹는점이 낮은 인듐, 납, 주석, 알루미늄, 아연을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 금속 또는 상기 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2 내지 3가지 금속의 합금을 도금재(2)로 하여 도금하는 제 1 단계;도금된 모재금속(1)의 일측 또는 양측에 극박판 제작용 금속을 위치시키고 압연에 의하여 0.1 ~ 4㎛ 이내의 금속 극박판(3)을 만드는 제 2단계;제 2 단계에서 제조된 금속 극박판(3)에 제 1단계에서 사용된 도금재(2)의 녹는점 이상의 온도를 가하여 금속 극박판(3)과 모재금속(1)을 분리시키는 제 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 극박판 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 극박판 제작용 금속은 은, 니켈, 금, 구리, 백금, 마그네슘, 스테인레스 스틸을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 금속 또는 상기 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2 내지 3 가지 금속의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 극박판 제조 방법.
