Claims (12)
- 통신시 송신기가 송신될 데이터 량을 하나 이상의 데이터 유닛으로 분할하도록 하고 통신시 수신기가 확인 데이터 유닛을 상기 송신기로 귀환시킴으로써 데이터 유닛을 정확하게 수신하였다는 것을 확인하도록 하는 소정의 통신 프로토콜에 따라서 송신기 및 수신기 간의 데이터 유닛 지향 통신에서, 상기 송신기에 의해 수신되는 확인 데이터 유닛이 원래 송신 또는 재송신에 대응하는지를 검출하는 방법에 있어서,상기 송신기가 송신할 데이터 유닛에 마크를 부가하는 단계로서, 상기 마크는 원래 송신 및 재송신 간을 구별하도록 하는 방식으로 규정되는, 부가 단계;상기 수신기가 이에 따라서 데이터 유닛에서 수신되는 상기 마크를 상기 수신된 데이터 유닛을 위한 확인 데이터 유닛에 부가하는 단계; 및,상기 송신기가 상기 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛이 상기 마크를 토대로 원래 송신 또는 재송신과 관련되는지를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마크는 소정의 비트 스트링인 것을 특징으로 하는 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마크는 타임 스탬프인 것을 특징으로 하는 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 소정 통신 프로토콜은 송신 제어 프로토콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 검출 방법.
- 통신시 송신기가 송신될 데이터 량을 하나 이상의 데이터 유닛으로 분할하도록 하고 통신시 수신기가 확인 데이터 유닛을 상기 송신기로 귀환시킴으로써 데이터 유닛을 정확하게 수신하였다는 것을 확인하도록 하는 소정의 통신 프로토콜에 따라서 데이터 유닛 지향 통신시키는 통신 장치로서,상기 통신 장치는 송신기로서 작용할 때, 원래 송신 및 재송신간을 구별하도록 하는 방식으로 규정된 마크를 송신할 데이터 유닛에 부가하도록 배치되고 상기 마크를 토대로 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛이 원래 송신 또는 재송신과 관련되는지를 결정하는 통신 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 마크는 소정의 비트 스트링인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 마크는 타임 스탬프인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 통신 프로토콜은 송신 제어 프로토콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 통신시 송신기가 송신될 데이터 량을 하나 이상의 데이터 유닛으로 분할하도록 하고 통신시 수신기가 확인 데이터 유닛을 상기 송신기로 귀환시킴으로써 데이터 유닛을 정확하게 수신하였다는 것을 확인하도록 하는 소정의 통신 프로토콜에 따라서 송신기 및 수신기간의 데이터 유닛 지향 통신에서, 상기 송신기에 의해 수신되는 확인 데이터 유닛이 원래 송신 또는 재송신에 대응하는지를 검출하는 방법에 있어서,상기 송신기와 수신기간의 접속과 관련된 왕복 시간을 상기 송신기가 측정하는 단계;데이터 유닛의 재송신 및 상기 데이터 유닛과 관련된 제1 확인 데이터의 수신간의 시간을 결정하여 상기 시간을 상기 왕복 시간 측정들중 하나 이상의 측정으로부터 도출된 값과 비교하는 단계; 및,상기 비교를 토대로 상기 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛이 원래 송신 또는 재송신과 관련되는지를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 검출 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 왕복 시간 측정으로부터 도출된 값은 접속을 위한 최단 왕복시간이고, 상기 데이터 유닛의 재송신 및 상기 데이터 유닛과 관련된 제1 확인 데이터 유닛의 수신간의 시간이 상기 왕복 시간의 소정 프랙션 보다 작지 않다면 상기 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛은 재송신과 관련된다라고 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출 방법.
- 통신시 송신기가 송신될 데이터 량을 하나 이상의 데이터 유닛으로 분할하도록 하고 통신시 수신기가 확인 데이터 유닛을 상기 송신기로 귀환시킴으로써 데이터 유닛을 정확하게 수신하였다는 것을 확인하도록 하는 소정의 통신 프로토콜에 따라서 데이터 유닛 지향 통신시키는 통신 장치로서,상기 통신 장치는 송신기로서 작용할 때, 상기 송신기 및 수신기간의 접속과 관련된 왕복 시간을 측정하도록 하며, 데이터 유닛의 재송신 및 상기 데이터 유닛과 관련된 제1 확인 데이터 유닛의 수신간의 시간을 결정하여 상기 시간을 상기 왕복 시간 측정들중 하나 이상의 측정으로부터 도출된 값과 비교하도록 하고, 상기 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛이 상기 비교를 토대로 원래 송신 또는 재송신과 관련되는지를 결정하도록 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 통신 장치는 또한, 상기 왕복 시간 측정으로부터 도출된 값이 접속을 위한 최단 왕복 시간이 되도록 하고 상기 데이터 유닛의 재송신 및 상기 데이터 유닛과 관련된 제1 확인 데이터 유닛의 수신간의 시간이 상기 왕복 시간의 소정 프랙션 보다 작지 않다면 상기 수신된 확인 데이터 유닛은 재송신과 관련된다라고 결정하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
