Claims (8)
- 금속 기판과,비정질 금속 하부층; 니켈, 코발트 및 코발트 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 부식 방지 금속 중간층; 및 팔라듐(palladium), 금, 로듐(rhodium), 루테늄(ruthenium), 백금, 또는 이들의 합금을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 외부층을 순서대로 포함하여 상기 기판상에 배치되는 다층 표면 마감재(finish)를 포함하는 코팅된 금속 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비정질 금속은 니켈-인, 니켈-인-텅스텐 및 코발트-인으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 코팅된 금속 제품.

- 청구항 1 에 따른 코팅된 제품을 포함하는 전기 커넥터.
- 청구항 1 에 따른 코팅된 제품을 포함하는 집적 회로용 리드 프레임.
