Description
Claims (2)
- 후막형 세라믹 발열체를 제조함에 있어서;절연성이 우수한 알루미나(Al2O3) 또는 석영판(SiO2) 등의 세라믹기판(31)에 텅스텐(W) 또는 몰리브데늄(Mo) 등의 저항성 페이스트로 균일한 발열이 되도록 저항인쇄층(32)을 스크린 인쇄하고 수소분위기 1200~1500℃에서 소결하는 저항체 메탈라이징 공정과,상기 저항인쇄층(32) 위에 알칼리 산화물 0.1~20중량%를 포함하는 유리분말(Na2O-K20-Al2O3-SiO2계)과 세라믹 분말(Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, MgO 중 택일)을 혼합하여 도포하고 수소분위기에서 1000∼1400℃로 소결하여 보호층(33)를 형성하는 도포소결공정과,상기 저항인쇄층(32)의 단자부가 용이하게 브레이징 될 수 있도록 표면을 처리하는 Ni도금 공정과,상기 저항인쇄층(32)의 단자부에 약 800~1200℃에서 고융점을 가진 용가제(Ag-Cu, Ag, Cu 중 택일)를 이용한 고온 브레이징으로 리드선(34)을 형성하는 리드선 결합공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 후막형 세라믹 발열체의 제조방법.
