- 튀김기에 사용되는 식물성 식용유 산화를 방지하기 위하여,소정량의 식물성 식용유가 담겨져 소정 온도로 가열되는 튀김통(2)의 바닥면으로부터 소정 거리 이격된 상태로 지지체(11)에 의해 음전위판(12)이 설치되고, 음전위판(12)에는 음(-)고전위의 전류가 공급되어 음이온이 발생 되게 구성되며,상기 음전위판(12)을 고정하는 지지체(11)는 세라믹재질로 이루어진 것에 있어서,상기 음전위판(12)의 가장자리 부위에는 소정 폭을 갖도록 세라믹 코팅층(13)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김기의 식용유 산화방지 장치.
