Claims (9)
- a) 폴리올레핀계 수지 입자 표면에 친수성 관능기를 도입하는 표면 처리 단계, 및b) 상기 단계 a)에서 표면 처리된 폴리올레핀 수지 입자와 발포제와 수성 분산매체를 내압 용기에 넣고 교반하면서 가열한 후 상기 용기내보다 저압의 분위기로 수지 입자를 수성 분산매체 및 발포제와 함께 방출하여 수지 입자를 발포시키는 단계를 포함하는,폴리올레핀계 발포 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 표면 처리 공정이, 폴리올레핀 수지 입자를 플라즈마에 노출시키는 플라즈마 처리 방식에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플라즈마가 헬륨(He), 아르곤(Ar), 암모니아(NH3), 질소(N2), 산소(O2) 및 수증기(H2O)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 가스를 주입하여 생성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프 로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌-1-부텐 공중합체 및 프로필렌-부텐 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 탄화수소계 휘발성 발포제, 무기계 가스 발포제 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄화수소계 휘발성 발포제가 프로판, n-부탄, iso-부탄, n-펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기계 가스 발포제가 이산화탄소, 질소 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 분산매체가 물, 에탄올 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)에서, 가열 공정을, 폴리올레핀계 수지의 융점보다 20 ℃ 낮은 온도 내지 폴리올레핀계 수지의 융점보다 10 ℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
