Claims (16)
- 양극활물질 표면과 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물간의 착물(complex)이 형성된 양극으로서, ⅰ)지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물은 전지 내 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물이 첨가된 전해액으로부터 제공되고, 상기 양극 활물질 표면과 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물간의 착물(complex)은 전지를 30 ~ 180℃의 온도에서 처리하여 형성된 것이거나, ⅱ)양극 활물질 표면과 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물간의 착물(complex)은 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물이 첨가된 전해액에 집전체 상에 양극활물질이 도포된 양극을 담근 후 30 ~ 180℃의 온도에서 처리하여 형성된 것이 특징인 양극.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 30 ~ 180℃의 온도에서의 처리는 전지 조립 전 또는 전지 조립 후 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 리튬염, 용매, 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물 및 전해액 첨가제를 함유하는 비수전해액에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 비닐렌 카보네이트, 이의 유도체, 에테르계 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물인 비수전해액.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 에테르계 화합물은 Benzyl methyl ether 또는 Tetraethylene glycol dimethyl erther인 것이 특징인 비수전해액.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 및 감마부티로락톤(GBL)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 환형 카보네이트; 디에틸 카보네이트(DEC), 디메틸 카보네이트(DMC), 에틸메틸카보네이트 (EMC), 및 메틸 프로필 카보네이트(MPC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 선형 카보네이트; 또는 상기 환형 카보네이트 및 선형 카보네이트 모두를 포함하는 것이 특징인 비수전해액.
- 제7항에 있어서, 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물은 전해액 중 0.1중량% 이상 20 중량 %이하로 함유된 것이 특징인 비수전해액.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 전해액 중 0.1중량% 이상 5중량 %이하로 함유된 것이 특징인 비수전해액.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 양극: 음극: 및 리튬염과 용매를 포함한 전해액을 구비한 전기화학소자.
- 제7항, 제8항 및 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수전해액; 양극; 및 음극을 구비한 전기화학소자.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 지방족 모노 니트릴 화합물과 양극활물질 표면 간의 착물(complex)이 형성되고, 상기 음극은 비닐렌 카보네이트, 이의 유도체, 에테르계 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물에 의해 부동태막이 형성된 것이 특징인 전기화학소자.
