Claims (4)
- 야생 치마버섯을 채취하여 생육속도 및 치마버섯 다당체의 생산성이 우수한 균주를 선별한 다음, 선별된 균주를 PDA평판 배지에서 충분히 배양한 후 3mm로 절단하여 5 ~ 10개의 절편을 백설탕 4중량%, 효모추출물 0.09중량% 및 95.91중량%의 증류수가 첨가된 기본배지를 250ml 플라스크에 100ml을 넣은 후에 투입하고 150rpm, 25℃의 조건으로 진탕배양기에서 3 ∼ 4일간 배양한 것을 15,000 ∼ 20,000rpm의 균질기를 이용하여 1분간 무균적으로 균질화한 후 0.2 ~ 0.8%(v/v)의 양으로 본 배양 접종원으로 사용하며, 백설탕 2 ~ 7중량%, 효모추출물 0.02 ~ 0.09중량% 및 잔량의 증류수를 함유하고 pH를 조절하지 않으며 안티폼을 첨가하지 않은 멸균배지에서 4 ~ 5일간, 15 ~ 30℃의 온도에서 20ℓ 용량의 생수병 또는 에어-리프트(air-lift) 배양기를 이용하여 압축공기만을 공급하면서 배양하고, 진공여과하여 균사체와 배양여액을 효과적으로 분리한 다음, 분리한 배양여액에 부형제와 방부제를 첨가하여 포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치마버섯 균사체를 이용한 치마버섯 다당체의 제조방법.
