Claims (11)
- 융융 금속 또는 슬래그의 산소 활동도를 측정 헤드로 결정하기 위한 측정 장치로서, 상기 측정 헤드는 캐리어 튜브의 일단부에 배치되고, 상기 측정 헤드 상에는 전기 화학적 측정 전지가 배치되며, 상기 전기 화학적 측정 전지는 고체 전해질 튜브를 구비하고, 상기 고체 전해질 튜브는 일단부에서 폐쇄되며 기준 물질을 포함하고 페쇄 단부에서 전극을 포함하며, 상기 전극은 고체 전해질 튜브의 대향 단부로부터 돌출되는 측정 장치에 있어서,상기 고체 전해질 튜브(5)의 외부 표면은 칼슘 지르코네이트와 플루오라이드의 혼합물 코팅재(13)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플루오라이드는 CaF2, NaF, SrF2, BaF2, MgF2의 그룹 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 지르코네이트는 화학양론적인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 코팅재(13)는 10 내지 100㎛의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 코팅재(13)는 고체 전해질 튜브(5)의 외부 표면을 단지 부분적으로 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
- 폐쇄 단부를 구비한 전기 화학적 측정 전지용 고체 전해질 튜브에 있어서,외부 표면상에 칼슘 지르코네이트와 플루오라이드 혼합물 코팅재(13)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 튜브.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 플루오라이드는 CaF2, NaF, SrF2, BaF2, MgF2의 그룹 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 튜브.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 지르코네이트는 화학양론적인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 튜브.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 코팅재(13)는 10 내지 100㎛의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 튜브.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 코팅재(13)는 외부 표면을 단지 부분적으로 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 튜브.
- 용융 금속 또는 슬래그, 특히 강철 또는 철 용융물의 황, 실리콘 또는 탄소의 함량을 결정하기 위해 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 측정 장치를 이용하는 방법.
