Claims (9)
- 길이 방향으로 관통한 셀을 다수 병설한 일체품으로서 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 셀에서의 배기 가스의 입구측 단부면과 출구측 단부면이 교대로 폐색된 일체형 허니컴 구조체로 이루어지는 세라믹 필터로서,상기 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 출구측 폐색부의 깊이보다도 깊게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 평균적으로 셀 개구 직경의 3.4~12.9배가 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 상기 일체형 허니컴 구조체의 중앙 부분으로부터 외주 부분측으로 갈수록 깊게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외주 부분의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 평균적으로 상기 중앙 부분의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이의 1.05~10.0배가 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 길이 방향으로 관통한 셀을 다수 병설한 세그멘트를 복수 접합하여 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 셀에서의 배기 가스의 입구측 단부면과 출구측 단부면이 교대로 폐색된 접합형 허니컴 구조체로 이루어지는 세라믹 필터로서,상기 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 출구측 폐색부의 깊이 보다도 깊게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 세그멘트의 각각의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 상기 접합형 허니컴 구조체의 중앙 부분으로부터 외주 부분측으로 갈수록 깊게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접합형 허니컴 구조체의 최외주 부분을 구성하는 상기 세그멘트의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 평균적으로 상기 접합형 허니컴 구조체의 중앙 부분을 구성하는 상기 세그멘트의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이의 1.05~5.0배가 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 세그먼트 내의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 세그먼트 중앙 부분으로부터 외주 부분측으로 갈수록 깊게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각 세그먼트 내의 외주 부분의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이는 평균적으로 세그먼트 중앙 부분의 입구측 폐색부의 깊이의 1.05~3.0배가 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
