Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1의 조성을 가진 복합 금속 산화물 및 고체 산을 포함하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매:화학식 1(CuO)x(ZnO)y(Al2O3)z:(Y2O3)p상기 식에서,x, y, z 및 p 은 각각의 산화물 성분의 몰수를 나타내며, x/y 이 0.1 초과 10 미만이고, x/(y+z) 이 0.1 초과 10 미만이며, x/(y+z+p)이 0.1 초과 10 미만이며, p/(x+y+z)이 0.01 초과 1 미만이 되도록 하는 범위의 수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고체 산이 전체 촉매량의 1 내지 90 중량% 범위로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복합 금속 산화물이 10 m2/g 이상의 구리 표면적을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고체산이 감마 알루미나, 실리카 및 제올라이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복합 금속 산화물이, 구리, 아연, 알루미늄 및 이트륨의 수용성 염 용액을 알칼리성 침전제에 의해 공침시키고, 얻어진 침전물을 건조 및 소성하는 공정에 의해 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,수용성 염이 질산염, 황산염, 염화물, 아세트산염, 아세틸아세토네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,공침 반응에서 pH를 5-12 범위로 유지함을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,공침 반응에 사용된 알칼리성 침전제가 알칼리 금속의 탄산화물 또는 수산화물임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,공침에 의해 얻어진 침전물이 소성전 건조상태에서 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite, Cu3Zn3Al2(OH)16CO3.4H2)-유사(like) 구조를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,침전물의 소성이 250-700 ℃의 범위에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 제조하기 위한 촉매.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,소성시, 승온 속도를 5 ℃/min 이하로 하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스로부터 디메틸에테르 제조용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 존재 하에 GHSV 500 -300,000 gcat/h, 온도 200-350 ℃, 압력 5-120 기압의 조건 하에 합성 가스로부터 디메틸에테르를 합성하는 방법.
