Claims (4)
- 콘부를 갖는 전로에서 취련하여 용강을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 콘부에 산소공급노즐을 설치시키는 단계; 및상기 산소공급노즐을 통해 취련초기부터 취련 20-30%시점까지 산소를 전로내로 공급하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 전로콘부의 지금부착 방지방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소공급노즐이 높이방향으로 전체높이 기준으로 바닥으로부터 82~95%가 되는 콘부위치의 1개 이상의 지점에, 그리고 콘부 둘레 방향으로 다수의 지점에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로콘부의 지금부착 방지방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소공급노즐이 높이방향으로 1-4개의 지점에, 그리고 상기 각 지점의 높이에서 콘부 둘레방향으로 3-8개의 지점에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로콘부의 지금부착 방지방법.
- 제1항에서 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산소공급노즐을 통해 공급되는 산소량은 50~100Nm3/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전로콘부의 지금부착 방지방법
