Claims (14)
- 가수분해성 규소 화합물, 가수분해성 티탄 화합물 및 염기성 4급 암모늄 화합물을 수성 매질 속에서, 출발 화합물들을 기준으로 하여, Si/Ti의 몰 비가 30 이상이고 H2O/Si의 몰 비가 10 내지 20이며 N/Si의 몰 비가 0.12 내지 0.20 미만으로 되도록 하는 양으로 배합하고, 가수분해시켜 합성 겔을 형성한 다음, 이를 150 내지 220℃의 온도에서 3일 미만의 기간 동안 결정화함을 특징으로 하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N/Si의 몰 비가 0.12 내지 0.17 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, H2O/Si의 몰 비가 12 내지 17인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가수분해성 규소 화합물이 테트라알킬 오르토실리케이트이고, 가수분해성 티탄 화합물이 테트라알킬 오르토티타네이트인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가수분해성 티탄 화합물과 가수분해성 규소 화합물의 가수분해가, 생성된 알콜을 증류제거하는 것에 의해 보조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄 화합물이 테트라알킬 암모늄 하이드록사이드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정화 단계로부터의 결정 현탁액의 pH 값이 7 내지 10으로 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄 함유 제올라이트를 분리하여 건조시키고 하소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득 가능한, 1차 미결정질 크기가 0.2 내지 2.0㎛인 티탄 함유 제올라이트.
- 촉매로서, 제8항에 따르는 방법으로 수득 가능한 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 존재하에 물과 혼화성인 용매 속에서 올레핀을 수성 과산화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀의 에폭시화 방법.
- 과산화수소를 사용하는 올레핀의 에폭시화용 촉매로서 사용하기 위한, 제8항에 따르는 방법으로 수득 가능한 티탄 함유 제올라이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가수분해성 티탄 화합물과 가수분해성 규소 화합물의 가수분해가, 생성된 알콜을 증류제거하고, 증류에 의해 제거된 알콜의 용적을, 반응 혼합물에 물을 첨가하여 일부 또는 전부 보충하는 것에 의해 보조되는 방법.
- 촉매로서, 제9항에 따르는 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 존재하에 물과 혼화성인 용매 속에서 올레핀을 수성 과산화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀의 에폭시화 방법.
- 과산화수소를 사용하는 올레핀의 에폭시화용 촉매로서 사용하기 위한, 제9항에 따르는 티탄 함유 제올라이트.
