Claims (7)
- 제어기에 의하여 미리 결정된 절단력으로 유리판의 폭을 가로지르는 방향에 대해 일정 각으로 절단공구를 이동시키고, 균열을 형성한 다음, 균열을 따라 유리판을 기계적으로 파괴함으로써 폭을 가로질러 비균질의 두께분배를 가진 편평한 유리의 생산중에 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법에 있어서, 유리 두께에 적용되는 절단력은 외부입력 제어명령에 기초하여 제어기에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절단공구의 횡-절단 운동중 절단공구의 위치가 연속적으로 탐지되고, 절단공구의 위치에 따라, 제어기는 일정한 두께를 갖는 유리판의 영역에 그리고 좀더 크거나 작은 두께를 갖는 유리판의 영역에 따라 적용된 절단력을 적용하고, 따라서 제어기는 증가되거나 감소된 절단력을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 절단력을 위한 위치-종속 변환점은 제어기에서 고정된 방식으로 특정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 두께에 적용되는 절단력은 제어기에서 두께분포의 초기측정의 함수로서 고정된 방식으로 미리 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 두께는 횡절단 동안 센서에 의해 연속적으로 탐지되고, 그것의 함수로서, 절단력이 제어기에서 자동적으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 균열은 소형의 절단 휠에 의해 기계적으로 형성되고, 절단력은 유리판에 대한 소형 절단 휠의 압력에 기초하여 미리 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 균열은 가공열 변형을 야기시킴으로써 형성되고, 절단력은 열원의 출력에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속의 유리판을 절단하는 방법.
