Claims (5)
- 수소와 공기의 전기 화학적 반응에 의해 전기를 생성하는 스택유닛과, 상기 스택유닛에 수소를 공급하는 연료공급유닛과, 상기 스택유닛에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급유닛과, 상기 스택유닛을 냉각시키는 냉각유닛을 포함하는 연료전지시스템에 있어서,상기 연료공급유닛으로부터 공급받은 수소 또는 상기 스택유닛으로부터 반응 후 배출되는 수소를 공급받아, 촉매반응을 통해 열을 생성하고 이를 즉시 상기 냉각유닛의 냉각수 온도를 높이는 열로 사용하는 연료전지시스템의 열교환모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환모듈은,상기 냉각유닛의 냉각수가 흐르는 복수개의 냉각수유로; 및상기 연료공급유닛의 연료가 흐르면서 촉매와 열 반응할 수 있도록 촉매로 채워진 복수개의 촉매반응유로;를 포함하며,상기 촉매반응유로에서 촉매와 수소의 반응후 생성된 열이 즉시 상기 냉각수유로를 흐르는 냉각수로 전달될 수 있도록, 상기 냉각수유로와 상기 촉매반응유로는 번갈아 가며 적층 된 연료전지시스템의 열교환모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환모듈은,일면에 냉각수홈이 형성되며 타면에 촉매반응홈이 형성된 베이스판; 및상기 베이스판의 일면을 덮어 상기 냉각유닛의 냉각수가 흐르는 복수개의 냉각수유로를 형성하고, 상기 베이스판의 타면을 덮어 상기 연료공급유닛의 연료가 흐르는 촉매로 채워진 복수개의 촉매반응유로를 형성하는 한 쌍의 유로형성판;이 단위유닛이 되어 이러한 단위유닛이 복수개 적층되어 형성된 연료전지시스템의 열교환모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수홈 및 촉매반응홈은,상기 베이스판의 일면 및 타면에 일정간격으로 돌출된 돌기사이로 형성된 연료전지시스템의 열교환모듈.
- 수소와 산소의 전기화학적 반응으로 전기를 생성하는 스택유닛;상기 스택유닛의 연료극에 수소를 공급하는 연료공급유닛;상기 스택유닛의 공기극에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급유닛;상기 스택유닛을 냉각시키는 냉각유닛; 및상기 연료공급유닛으로부터 공급받은 수소 또는 상기 스택유닛으로부터 반응 후 배출되는 수소를 공급받아, 촉매반응을 통해 열을 생성하고 이를 즉시 상기 냉각유닛의 냉각수 온도를 높이는 열로 사용하는 열교환모듈;을 포함하는 연료전지시스템.
