Claims (8)
- 알루미나 담지체에 담지되어 수성 전이 반응에 사용되는 백금 촉매의 표면에 티타늄 또는 은이 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금 촉매에 상기 티타늄을 담지시키는 경우에 그 함량은 백금 : 티타늄의 중량비가 1 : 0.001~0.1이 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금 촉매에 상기 은을 담지시키는 경우에 그 함량은 백금 : 은의 중량비가 1 : 0.01~0.1이 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매.
- 알루미나에 백금 촉매를 담지시키는 단계와;상기 백금 촉매 상에 티타늄 또는 은의 전구체 화합물을 담지시키는 단계와;상기 백금 촉매 상에 담지된 티타늄 또는 은 이온을 수소 분위기 하에서 환원 처리하는 단계로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 백금 촉매 상에 티타늄 또는 은의 전구체 화합물을 담지시키는 단계에는 질소 분위기 하에서 유기 티타늄 화합물을 승온시키는 공정과, 상기 승온된 티타늄을 상기 백금 촉매에 흡착시키는 공정과, 상기 티타늄이 흡착된 백금 촉매를 수소 분위기 하에서 환원 처리하는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,승온되는 온도는 150 ~ 200℃ 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,질소 분위기는 수소 가스 : 질소 가스의 비율이 5 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,환원 처리 공정의 온도는 400 ~ 500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 수성 전이 반응용 촉매의 제조 방법.
