Claims (24)
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 10cN/dtex 이상이고, 인장 탄성율이 200cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, Amin(F)가 0.3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 12cN/dtex 이상이고, 인장 탄성율이 250cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 15cN/dtex 이상이고, 또한 인장 탄성율이 300cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트수가 100 내지 5,000개이며, 10,000m당 모우수(毛羽數)가 10개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내열 인장 강도 유지율이 75% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유.
- 반복 단위의 95몰% 이상이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리케톤을 아연염과 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 철, 코발트, 니켈 및 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 아연염 이외의 금속염을 포함하고 아연염의 농도가 10 내지 60 중량%인 금속염 수용액에 용해시킨 폴리케톤 용액을 이용하며, 폴리케톤이 상기 금속염 수용액에 용해되어 방사구금으로부터 토출되기까지의 시간(P분간이라 함)을 1분간마다 단락지어, t-1분째의 가열 온도와 t분째의 가열 온도의 상가(相加) 평균을 Tt(K)라 했을 때에, 하기 수학식 1을 만족하고, 방사구금으로부터 토출된 폴리케톤 용액 중의 폴리케톤이 210 내지 240nm 파장에서 나타내는 자외선 흡광도의 극소값(Amin(S))이 0.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.<화학식 1><수학식 1>단, 상기 수학식 1에 있어서, t는 1 내지 P분까지의 자연수이며, 폴리케톤이 상기 금속염 수용액에 용해되어 방사구금으로부터 토출되기까지의 시간에 1분 미만의 끝수가 있는 경우에는 그 끝수는 삭제하여 P분간으로 한다.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속염 수용액이 아연염과 아연염 이외의 금속염이 혼합된 수용액이며, 폴리케톤 용액을 방사구금으로부터 토출한 후, 응고, 세정, 건조 공정을 거쳐 열연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 열연신의 온도가 100 내지 300℃이고, 전체 열연신 배율이 7배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항, 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사구금으로부터 토출되는 폴리케톤 용액의 온도가 60 내지 100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항, 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해 공정에서의 온도가 10 내지 60℃이고, 용해 시간이 10시간 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항, 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리케톤 용액이 0 내지 250℃의 온도 범위에서 상분리 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상분리 온도가 10 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제8항, 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해된 폴리케톤 중에 팔라듐 원소가 중합체의 질량에 대하여 50ppm 이하로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서, 열연신 전의 폴리케톤 섬유 중에 잔류하는 용제 유래의 금속 원소의 총합이 중합체의 질량에 대하여 500ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리케톤 섬유로 이루어지는 연사 코드이며, 하기 수학식 3으로 표시되는 꼬임 계수 K가 1,000 내지 30,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연사 코드:<수학식 3>K = Y×D0.5단, Y는 연사 코드 1m당 꼬임수(T/m)이며, D는 연사 전의 실의 총 섬도(dtex)이다.
- 제20항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 5cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연사 코드.
- 제20항에 기재된 연사 코드에 레조르신-포르말린-라텍스 수지가 부여되어 이루어진 처리 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리케톤 섬유를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제23항에 있어서, 타이어 또는 벨트인 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
