Abstract
Description
즉, 상기 2차 노광은 다수의 개구부를 갖는 노광마스크(10)를 이용해 수행하므로, 개구부의 크기, 형태 및 개수 등을 조절하면, 엠보싱(4)의 크기, 형태 및 개수의 조절 또한 가능하다. 다시말해, 노광마스크(10)에서의 개구부의 크기, 형태 및 개수 등을 조절하면, 2차 노광되는 영역들의 크기, 형태 및 개수 등을 조절할 수 있게 되고, 이때, 동일한 크기 및 형태의 2차 노광된 영역들에서 발생되는 아웃개싱량 또한 동일하게 되므로, 결과적으로, 기판 전체에 걸쳐 엠보싱(4)의 크기, 형태 및 개수 등을 일정하게 할 수 있게 된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 기판 전체에 걸쳐 균일한 엠보싱 각도를 갖도록 할 수 있으므로, 결국, 균일한 반사각도를 갖도록 할 수 있다.
Claims (2)
- 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 하지층이 형성된 유리기판 상에 네가티브형의 유기절연막을 도포하는 단계;상기 유기절연막을 소프트 베이크하는 단계;상기 유기절연막의 표면 전체가 가교 결합되도록 노광마스크의 사용없이 상기 유기절연막을 1차 노광하는 단계;상기 1차 노광된 유기절연막을 노광된 부분만 가교 결합되도록 개구부를 구비한 노광마스크를 사용하여 2차 노광하는 단계; 및상기 1차 및 2차 노광된 유기절연막을 포스트 베이크하여 경화시킴과 동시에 상기 2차 노광되지 않은 유기절연막 부분으로 상기 유기절연막 내에 존재하는 솔벤트의 아웃개싱이 일어나는 것을 통해 엠보싱을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기절연막의 1차 노광은 최적 노광량 이하의 에너지인 3000∼5000mJ의 에너지로 수행하고, 상기 유기절연막의 2차 노광은 최적 노광량인 7000∼10000mJ의 에너지로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
