Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명에 따른 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법은 아연도금욕에 강판을 침적하는 단계와; 상기의 강판을 에어나이프로 에어와이핑하여 아연도금부착량을 조정하는 단계와; 상기 아연도금부착량을 조정하는 단계 후, 물 1ℓ, 인산염 화합물이 1~350g, 티타니움 콜로이달 화합물이 상기 인산염 화합물 중량에 대해서 0.01~0.3의 중량부, 10~1,000나노미터의 크기를 갖는 콜로이달 실리카가 상기 인산염 화합물 중량에 대하여 0.01~0.3의 중량부로 이루어진 도금조직 미세화 용액을 분사하는 단계로 이루어진다.

- 인산철계 화합물 또는 인산망간계 화합물의 2가지 중 1종 이상이 혼합되어 전체 인산염 화합물의 총량에 대해 적어도 30wt% 이상을 차지하는 인산염 화합물이, 물 1ℓ에 1~350g 용해되어 있고, 티타니움 콜로이달 화합물이 상기 인산염 화합물 중량에 대해서 0.01~0.3의 중량부로 첨가되어 있으며, 10~1,000나노미터의 크기를 갖는 콜로이달 실리카가 상기 인산염 화합물 중량에 대하여 0.01~0.3의 중량부로 첨가되어 용접성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금강판 제조를 위한 도금조직 미세화 용액.
