Claims (11)
- 양극과, 양극 상에 형성된 발광층과, 발광층 상에 형성된 캐리어 수송 적층체와, 캐리어 수송 적층체 상에 형성된 음극을 포함하고,상기 캐리어 수송 적층체는 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층은 서로 전자 수송성이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층은 서로 전자 친화력이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 수송 적층체는 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층의 반복수가 2∼10의 범위에서 교대로 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 캐리어 수송층 및 제2 캐리어 수송층은 각각이 2㎚∼50㎚의 막 두께로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 캐리어 수송층은 전자 친화력이 제2 캐리어 수송층보다 작고, 또한 막 두께가 상기 제2 캐리어 수송층과 동등하거나 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 캐리어 수송층 및 제2 캐리어 수송층 중 어느 한쪽이 발광층과 동일 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 수송 적층체와 음극 사이에 전자 수송층을 더 포함하고,상기 전자 수송층은 에너지 갭이 제1 캐리어 수송층 및 제2 캐리어 수송층 중 큰 쪽과 동등하거나 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 양극과, 양극 상에 형성된 발광층과, 발광층 상에 형성된 캐리어 수송 적층체와, 캐리어 수송 적층체 상에 형성된 음극을 포함하고,상기 캐리어 수송 적층체는 제1 캐리어 수송층, 제2 캐리어 수송층 및 제3 캐리어 수송층이 순차적으로 반복하여 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층은 서로 전자 수송성이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 양극과, 양극 상에 형성된 발광층과, 발광층 상에 형성된 캐리어 수송 적층체와, 캐리어 수송 적층체 상에 형성된 음극을 포함하고,상기 캐리어 수송 적층체는 서로 전자 수송성이 상이한 제1 캐리어 수송층과 제2 캐리어 수송층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 양극과 발광층 사이에 정공 수송층을 포함하고,상기 정공 수송층은 전자 친화력이 발광층보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 양극과 발광층 사이에 다른 정공 수송층을 더 포함하고,상기 정공 수송층과 상기 다른 정공 수송층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 정공 수송층과 상기 다른 정공 수송층은 서로 이온화 포텐셜이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자를 구비한 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 디스플레이.
