Claims (20)
- 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 및 이들의 코폴리머로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 폴리머를 80-100 중량% 포함하며, 가로 방향의 내인열성이 50 kgf/㎠ 이상인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가로 방향의 내인열성이 60 kgf/㎠ 이상인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가로 방향의 인장 강도와 기계 방향의 인장 강도간의 비가 0.12-1.0인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 걸리(Gurley)값이 5-100초인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 미세다공성 막.
- 80-100%의 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 가로 방향의 내인열성이 50 kgf/㎠ 이상이고, 가로 방향의 인장 강도:기계 방향의 인장 강도간의 비가 0.12-1.0이며, 걸리(Gurley)값이 5-100초인 미세다공성 막.
- 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 및 이들의 코폴리머로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 폴리머를 80-100 중량% 포함하는 단계;취입 필름 방법에 의한 필름 전구체를 1.5-20의 블로우-업 비로 압출하는 단계; 및필름 전구체를 어닐링하는 단계; 및어닐링된 필름 전구체를 신장시켜 미세다공성 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의해 제조된 미세다공성 막.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 블로우-업 비가 2-20인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 필름 전구체가 80-100 중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 미세다공성 막.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 미세다공성 막은 가로 방향 인장 강도:기계 방향 인장 강도 비가 0.12-1.0인 미세다공성 막.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 신장 단계가 어닐링된 필름 전구체를 기계 방향으로 단축 신장시키는 단계를 포함하는 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1 항에 따른 미세다공성 막을 포함하는 다중층 셧다운 격리판.
- 제 6 항에 따른 미세다공성 막을 포함하는 다중층 셧다운 격리판.
- 제 7 항에 따른 미세다공성 막을 포함하는 다중층 셧다운 격리판.
- 제 10 항에 따른 미세다공성 막을 포함하는 다중층 셧다운 격리판.
- 취입 필름 방법에 의한 필름 전구체를 1.5-20의 블로우-업 비로 압출하는 단계;필름 전구체를 어닐링하는 단계; 및어닐링된 필름 전구체를 신장시켜 미세다공성 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는,배터리 격리판용 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 미세다공성 막이 80-100 중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 방법.
