Claims (2)
- 하기 공정 1)∼4) 을 포함하고, 또한, 얻어진 반응 혼합물 중에 포함되는 일반식(4)으로 표시된 2-메틸-2-노르보넨류의 적어도 일부를 계외로 제거하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(3)으로 표시된 테트라시클로도데센류의 연속적 제조방법.1) 일반식(1)으로 표시된 2-노르보넨류, 거친 시클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디시클로펜타디엔 및 일반식(2)으로 표시된 올레핀을 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하여 반응시키는 공정,(단, 식에 있어서, R1 또는 R2는 동일하거나 또는 다른 기이고, 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 에틸기 중 어느 하나를 나타낸다.)2) 반응 혼합물로부터 2-노르보넨류를 증류에 의해 분리하는 공정,3) 분리한 2-노르보넨류의 적어도 일부를 상기 반응기에 순환하는 공정,4) 반응 혼합물로부터 테트라시클로도데센류를 분리하는 공정.
- 하기 공정 1)∼7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(3)으로 표시된 테트라시클로도데센류의 연속적 제조방법.1) 일반식(1)으로 표시된 2-노르보넨류, 시클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디시클로펜타디엔 및 일반식(2)으로 표시된 올레핀을 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하여 반응시키는 공정,(단, 식에 있어서, R1 또는 R2는 동일하거나 또는 다른 기이고, 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 에틸기 중 어느 하나를 나타낸다.)2) 반응 혼합물로부터 일반식(2)으로 표시된 올레핀을 분리하는 공정,3) 상기 공정2에서 분리된 올레핀의 적어도 일부를 상기 반응기에 순환하는 공정,4) 상기 공정2 후에 반응 혼합물로부터 2-노르보넨류를 분리하는 공정,5) 상기 공정4에서 분리된 2-노르보넨류의 적어도 일부를 상기 반응기에 순환하는 공정,6) 상기 공정4 후에 반응 혼합물로부터 2-메틸-2-노르보넨류를 분리·제거하는 공정,7) 상기 공정6 후에 혼합물로부터 테트라시클로도데센류를 분리하는 공정.
