Claims (5)
- 엑시머 방전 램프를 점등하기 위한 고주파 고전압을 공급하는 승압 트랜스에 있어서,이 승압 트랜스의 1차 코일과 2차 코일 사이에 절연재로 이루어지는 다수의 벽형상체를 설치하고, 이 벽형상체 사이에 기체층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 승압 트랜스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽형상체의 비유전율과 상기 기체층의 비유전율을 합성한 합성 비유전율이 1 내지 4인 것을 특징으로 하는 승압 트랜스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2차 코일은, 상기 벽형상체와 평행한 진행 방향으로 코일이 권회되는 제1 코일 형태와, 상기 제1 코일 형태에 의해 코일이 형성될 때마다, 기존의 코일 사이의 간극 상에 코일이 권회되는 제2 코일 형태와, 상기 제1 코일 형태와 상기 제2 코일 형태가 교대로 반복되어 코일이 상기 진행 방향으로 권회되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 승압 트랜스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 코일은, 코일을 구성하는 금속 소선의 소선 직경이 Φ0.03 내지 Φ0.08인 것을 특징으로 하는 승압 트랜스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 코일은, 코일을 구성하는 금속 소선의 소선 직경이 Φ0.03 내지 Φ0.08인 동시에, 상기 금속 소선을 다수 줄 묶어 복합 리츠선을 구성하고, 이 복합 리츠선의 중심부에 비금속재로 이루어지는 더미선을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 승압 트랜스.
