Abstract
【解決手段】 エキシマ放電ランプを点灯するための高周波高電圧を供給する昇圧トランスにおいて、この昇圧トランスの1次巻線11と2次巻線2間に絶縁材からなる複数の壁状体8を設け、この壁状体8間に気体層9を設け、2次巻線2は、壁状体8と平行な進行方向に巻線が巻回される第1の巻線態様と、第1の巻線態様によって巻線が形成される毎に、既存の巻線間の間隙上に巻線が巻回される第2の巻線態様と、第1の巻線態様と第2の巻線態様とが交互に繰り返されて巻線が前記進行方向に巻回されていることを特徴とする。

Description
第1の手段は、エキシマ放電ランプを点灯するための高周波高電圧を供給する昇圧トランスにおいて、この昇圧トランスの1次巻線と2次巻線間に絶縁材からなる複数の壁状体を設け、この壁状体間に気体層を設けたことを特徴とする。
図1は、本実施形態の発明に係るエキシマ放電ランプの点灯装置に用いられる昇圧トランスを示す正面図である。
同図において、1は昇圧トランスのフェライトコア、2は複数層巻回された2次巻線、3はトランス押さえ板A、4はトランス押さえ板B、5は昇圧トランスを冷却するための冷却流体を供給するために設けられたテフロン(登録商標)チューブ等で構成された冷却ホース、6は高圧(HV)ケーブル、7はアース(E)ケーブルである。

Claims (5)
- エキシマ放電ランプを点灯するための高周波高電圧を供給する昇圧トランスにおいて、
この昇圧トランスの1次巻線と2次巻線間に絶縁材からなる複数の壁状体を設け、この壁状体間に気体層を設けたことを特徴とする昇圧トランス。 - 前記壁状体の比誘電率と前記気体層の比誘電率とを合成した合成比誘電率が1乃至4であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇圧トランス。
- 前記2次巻線は、前記壁状体と平行な進行方向に巻線が巻回される第1の巻線態様と、前記第1の巻線態様によって巻線が形成される毎に、既存の巻線間の間隙上に巻線が巻回される第2の巻線態様と、前記第1の巻線態様と前記第2の巻線態様とが交互に繰り返されて巻線が前記進行方向に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の昇圧トランス。
- 前記1次巻線は、巻線を構成する金属素線の素線径がφ0.03乃至φ0.08であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の昇圧トランス。
- 前記1次巻線は、巻線を構成する金属素線の素線径がφ0.03乃至φ0.08であると共に、前記金属素線を複数本束ねて複合リッツ線を構成し、この複合リッツ線の中心部に非金属材からなるダミー線を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の昇圧トランス。
