Claims (12)
- 예비정화된 공급공기를 받아들여 이를 질소가스와 산소가스로 분리하기 위한 극저온분리수단과;냉원으로서 액화천연가스를 받아들여 상기 액화천연가스와의 간접적 열교환에 의해 냉매를 냉각하여 액화시키기 위한 제1열교환기와;제2열교환기와;상기 제1열교환기에서 액화된 상기 냉매를 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하기 위한 냉매공급라인과;상기 제2열교환기에서 기화된 상기 냉매를 상기 제1열교환기로 귀환시키기 위한 냉매귀환라인과;상기 극저온분리수단에서 분리된 질소가스의 적어도 일부를 상기 제2열교환기로 보내기 위한 제1질소가스라인과;상기 제2열교환기 내에서 냉각된 상기 질소가스를 외부로 공급하기 위한 제2질소가스라인과;상기 질소가스를 -100℃ 미만의 온도에서 고압의 가스생성물로 압축하여 외부로 공급하기 위하여 상기 제2질소가스라인에 구비된 저온 질소 압축기를포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비정화된 공급공기를 상기 제2열교환기로 보내기 위한 제1공급공기라인과;상기 제2열교환기내에서 냉각된 상기 공급공기를 상기 극저온분리수단으로 보내기 위한 제2공급공기라인과;상기 제2공급공기라인에 구비되어 상기 공급공기를 압축하기 위한 저온공기압축기를더 포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 질소 또는 아르곤인 것인 공기분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저온질소압축기의 하류에서 제2질소가스라인에 구비되어 상기 압축된 질소가스를 가열하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액화천연가스의 일부만이 상기 제1열교환기에서 기화되는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 예비정화된 공급공기를 받아들여 이를 질소가스와 산소가스로 분리하기 위한 극저온분리수단과;냉원으로서 액화천연가스를 받아들여 상기 액화천연가스와의 간접적 열교환에 의해 냉매를 냉각하여 액화시키기 위한 제1열교환기와;제2열교환기와;상기 제1열교환기에서 액화된 상기 냉매를 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하기 위한 냉매공급라인과;상기 제2열교환기에서 기화된 상기 냉매를 상기 제1열교환기로 귀환시키기 위한 냉매귀환라인과;상기 극저온분리수단에서 분리된 산소가스의 적어도 일부를 상기 제2열교환기로 보내기 위한 제1산소가스라인과;상기 제2열교환기내에서 냉각된 상기 산소가스를 외부로 공급하기 위한 제2산소가스라인 및상기 산소가스를 -100℃ 미만의 온도에서 고압의 가스생성물로 압축하여 외부로 공급하기 위하여 상기 제2산소가스라인에 구비된 저온 산소압축기를포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 장치는, 상기 예비정화된 공급공기를 상기 제2열교환기로 보내기 위한 제1공급공기라인과;상기 제2열교환기 내에서 냉각된 상기 공급공기를 상기 극저온분리수단으로 보내기 위한 제2공급공기라인과;상기 제2공급공기라인에 구비되어 상기 공급공기를 압축하기 위한 저온공기압축기를더 포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 질소 또는 아르곤인 것인 공기분리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 저온산소압축기의 하류에서 제2산소가스라인에 구비되어 상기 압축된 산소가스를 가열하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 공기분리장치.
