Abstract
Description
유전자 조작 기술로는, 예를 들어 유전자 재조합, 유전자 형질도입, 세포 융합 등이 있다. 예를 들어, 약물 내성 유전자가 표적 유전자에 삽입되어 기능적으로 불활성화된 유전자(파괴된(disrupted) 유전자)를 생성시킨다. 따라서, 이러한 결실형 유전자는 장내 세균에 속하는 미생물 세포에 도입되어 염색체상의 표적 유전자가 상동 재조합에 의해 결실형 유전자로 대체될 수 있다(유전자 파괴).

Claims (6)
- 코리네형 세균으로부터 유래된 시트레이트 신타제 유전자가 도입된, L-글루탐산 생산능을 갖는 엔테로박터(Enterobacter), 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella), 세라티아(Serratia), 에르위니아(Erwinia), 판토에아(Pantoea) 또는 에스케리키아(Escherichia) 속에 속하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네형 세균이 브레비박테리움 락토페르멘툼(Brevibacterium lactofermentum)인 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엔테로박터(Enterobacter) 또는 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella) 속에 속하는 세균인 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 엔테로박터 아글로메란스(Enterobacter agglomerans) 또는 클렙시엘라 플란티콜라(Klebsiella planticola)에 속하는 세균인 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 미생물을 액체 배지에서 배양하여 L-글루탐산이 배지중에 생성되어 축적되도록 하는 단계 및 배지로부터 L-글루탐산을 수취하는 단계를 포함하여, L-글루탐산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 따른 미생물을 액체 배지에서 배양하여 L-글루탐산이 배지중에 생성되어 축적되도록 하는 단계 및 배지로부터 L-글루탐산을 수취하는 단계를 포함하여, L-글루탐산을 제조하는 방법.
