Claims (3)
- 클러치의 접속과 해제는 유압시스템의 유압력에 의해 제어하고, 상기 유압시스템은 변속제어기(TCU)로부터 제어신호가 전달되어 클러치를 결합시키거나 분리시키는 압력을 발생하도록 한 클러치 대 클러치형 자동 변속기의 변속제어방법에 있어서,상기 클러치 대 클러치형 자동 변속기의 변속시 접속클러치부와 해제클러치부의 양단에서 접속,해제가 동시에 일어나면서 변속이 완료되도록 하되,상기 클러치 대 클러치 타입의 자동변속기 변속시 토크영역에서 관성영역으로의 변화 천이시점은 접속클러치부와 해제클러치부 각각의 속도차에 의한 스틱, 슬립 현상을 기준으로 두 클러치 중 한 클러치가 슬립이고, 또 다른 한 클러치가 스틱 상태로부터 두 클러치가 모두 슬립상태로 변하는 시점을 토크영역에서 관성영역의 천이시점 또는 관성영역에서 토크영역의 천이시점으로 처리하며,상기 접속클러치부와 해제클러치부의 변화 천이시점에 대한 상태 인식이 이루어짐과 동시에, 변속 개시 및 종료시의 변속기 입력토크를 추정하여 변속 개시 시점의 변속기 입력토크가 변속 종료시의 변속기 입력토크 보다 작으면 접속 클러치부에 의해 변속단 제어를 수행하고,변속 개시 시점의 변속기 입력토크가 변속 종료시의 변속기 입력토크 보다 크면 해제클러치부에 의해 변속단 제어가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 대 클러치형 자동변속기의 변속제어방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변속 주도 클러치의 스틱-슬립 변화시 그 스틱-슬립의 변화량 비율을 일정시간 동안 미소값으로 제한하여 변속충격을 줄일 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 클러치 대 클러치형 자동변속기의 변속제어방법.
