Claims (1)
- 콘크리트파일용 조인트 캡의 제조방법에 있어서,철판을 프레스장치에 넣고 프레싱하여 절단과 동시에 절곡하여 결합판이 제조되도록 하되 상기 결합판의 가장자리가 20~30°의 각도로 절곡되도록 하는 단계와,상기 절곡된 결합판의 가장자리 하부 모서리부와 측면 모서리부를 모따기하는 단계와,상기 모따기된 결합판의 하부모서리부를 파일결합밴드의 일측단부에 맞대고 용접하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트파일용 조인트 캡의 제조방법.
