- 삭제
- 압출다이스에 의해 이중으로 성형되는 피브이씨 배관재에 있어서,상기 배관재의 외층을 이루도록 상기 압출다이스의 상측에 경질층수지 투입구가 형성되고, 상기 배관의 내층을 이루도록 상기 압출다이스의 전방으로 연질층 발포수지 투입구가 형성되며, 상기 경질층수지는 투입구로부터 수직으로 연장된 압출홈을 따라 연장되어 원추형의 니들부에 도착할 때, 상기 연질층 발포수지 투입구로부터 투입된 연질층 발포수지가 거의 동시에 도착하여 내, 외층을 이루도록 성형되며,상기 경질층수지는 폴리염화비닐 100kg, 충격보강제 6.0kg, 안정제 3.0kg, 충진제 4.0kg의 배합으로 이루어지며, 상기 연질층 발포수지는 LS100수지 20kg, DOP가소제40kg, 안정제4.2kg, 발포제0.5kg, P/S수지80kg의 배합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중압출되는 저소음 배관재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 안정제는 황산바륨, 난연제, 방연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중압출되는 저소음 배관재.
