Claims (7)
- 엔진으로부터 발생된 동력을 전달받는 입력축(10)과, 상기 입력축(10)으로부터 전달된 동력을 외부로 제공하는 출력축(12)과, 상기 입력축(10)과 상기 출력축 (20)사이의 동력 전달에 대한 단속을 수행하는 싱크로기구(14)와, 상기 싱크로기구(14)의 동작을 제어하는 작동기구(16)를 구비하여 이루어지는 한편;상기 작동기구(16)는, 상기 싱크로기구(14)를 동작시키는 시프트 포크(16a)와, 상기 시프트 포크(16a)를 설치하는 작동로드(16b)와, 상기 작동로드(16b)에 축방향으로의 작동력을 제공하는 액츄에이터로 구성되고;상기 싱크로기구(14)는, 상기 입력축(10)의 입력기어(10a)와 치합되면서 상기 출력축(12)에 대해 공회전이 가능하게 설치됨과 더불어 측부에 제1클러치기어(12b)를 일체로 갖춘 출력기어(12a)와, 상기 제1클러치기어(12b)의 측부에서 상기 출력축(12)에 일체로 형성된 제2클러치기어(12c)와, 상기 제2클러치기어(12c)의 둘레에 축방향을 따라 이동가능하게 치합되어 상기 제1클러치기어(12b)와의 치합이 가능하게 배치됨은 물론 외주에 상기 시프트 포크(16a)의 일단부와 결합되는 요홈부를 갖춘 슬리브(14a);를 갖추어서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는,상기 작동로드(16b)의 일측 선단에 결합되어 진공압에 의해 상기 작동로드(16b)에 축방향으로의 이동력을 제공하는 공압기구(18)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공압기구(18)는,진공압이 제공되는 관로(18a)와 연결되면서 내부에 일정 용적의 진공챔버(18b)를 형성하는 하우징(18c)과;상기 하우징(18c)내에서 리턴 스프링(18d)을 매개로 탄발지지되는 다이아프램(18e) 및;상기 다이아프램(18e)의 외측 선단부를 상기 하우징(18c)에 대해 고정시키도록 상기 하우징(18c)의 일측부에 결합되는 커버(18f);를 갖추어서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 관로(18a)는 진공탱크(10)와 연결되고, 상기 관로(18a)중에는 선택 스위치(22)의 조작에 따라 관로(18a)의 개폐를 조절하는 솔레노이드 밸브(24)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 작동로드(16b)의 일측 선단부는, 상기 커버(18f)를 관통하여 상기 다이아프램(18e)과 볼트(B)를 매개로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 작동로드(16b)와 상기 커버(18f) 사이에는 오일씨일(26)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력인출장치.
