Claims (11)
- 일 단부로부터 연장된 홀딩 섹션을 구비한 허브; 및서로 이격되게 설치된 곡선형의 다수의 스포일러들을 포함하며,여기서 상기 스포일러는 상기 홀딩 섹션의 주변 상에 고정된 루트, 상기 홀딩 섹션으로부터 이격된 팁, 상기 허브에 인접하고 상기 허브와의 사이에 이격 공간을 가지는 내측 가장자리, 및 상기 허브로부터 이격된 외측 가장자리를 구비하며,상기 홀딩 섹션의 영역보다 상기 팁에 의해 둘러싸인 영역이 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스포일러들 각각은 볼록 표면 및 오목 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스포일러의 외측 가장자리는 상기 외측 가장자리와 상기 허브의 중심축 간에 경사각이 존재하도록 바깥쪽으로 향하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스포일러의 내측 가장자리는 상기 내측 가장자리와 상기 허브의 중심축 간에 경사각이 존재하도록 바깥쪽으로 향하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스포일러들의 모든 팁들은 안정화 링에 의해 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩 섹션 및 상기 허브의 연결부에 라운드 각이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩 섹션은 그것의 주변 상에 위치하고 상기 스포일러들에 대하여 교대로 배치되는 복수의 공기 벤트들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허브 둘레에 복수의 블레이드들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩 섹션은 상기 허브에 인접한 영역 및 상기 허브 둘레에 복수의 개구들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스포일러는 상기 허브와 동일한 높이를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기류 발생 구조물.
