Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 기판상의 복수의 화소로 된 화소 영역에 묘화 장치의 복수의 노즐로부터 액체 방울을 토출해서 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 공정을 구비한 묘화 방법으로서,상기 화소의 장변 방향으로 노즐이 배치되고, 상기 화소의 단변 방향을 따라서 주사를 행하며,상기 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 공정은, 규정된 착탄 방울의 주위로서 상기 화소의 코너부 근방에 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소 영역이 상기 복수의 노즐 열(列)과 평행하게 되도록 상기 복수의 노즐에 대하여 상기 기판을 배치하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 공정은 상기 복수의 노즐로부터 상기 액체 방울을 토출해서 상기 복수의 화소 영역으로 동시에 상기 착탄 방울을 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 묘화 방법에 의해 상기 화소 영역에 필터 재료가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 묘화 방법에 의해 상기 화소 영역에 형광 재료가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 기판위에 경계층에 의해 구획된 복수의 화소 영역에 대하여, 복수의 노즐로부터 액체 방울을 토출해서 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 묘화 장치로서,상기 화소의 장변 방향으로 노즐이 배치되고, 상기 화소의 단변 방향을 따라서 주사를 행하며,규정된 착탄 방울의 주위로서 상기 화소의 코너부 근방에 복수의 착탄 방울을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 복수의 노즐은 상기 복수의 화소 영역과 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 복수의 노즐은 상기 복수의 화소 영역에 대하여 동시에 상기 착탄 방울을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 묘화 장치.
- 제7항에 기재된 묘화 장치에 의해 상기 화소 영역에 필터 재료가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제7항에 기재된 묘화 장치에 의해 상기 화소 영역에 형광 재료가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
