Abstract

Claims (7)
- (a) 제9족, 제10족 또는 제11족 전이금속화합물, (b) 제15족의 원소를 가지는 리간드, 및 (c) pKa가 4 이하인 산의 음이온으로 이루어진 유기금속 착체 촉매 존재 하에서 폴리케톤을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 (a)성분이 초산팔라듐, (b)성분이 1,3-비스-[디(2-메톡시페닐)포스피노]프로판 또는 1,3-비스(디페닐포스피노)프로판, 및 (c)성분이 트리플루오로초산인 유기금속착체 촉매와 폴리케톤의 고유점도 향상제로서 벤조페논을 액상매체에 첨가하여 용해시키는 단계; 및상기 촉매를 포함하는 액상매체에 몰비 1:2인 일산화탄소와 에틸렌의 혼합기체를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하고,상기에서 액상매체는 70~90용량%의 초산과 30~10용량%의 물의 혼합용매이고, 그리고상기에서 벤조페논은 초산팔라듐에 대하여 1:5~100의 몰비로 중합 시에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
