Claims (7)
- (a) 제 9족, 제 10족 또는 제 11족 전이금속 화합물, (b) 제 15족의 원소를 가지는 리간드 및 (c) pKa가 4 이하인 산의 음이온으로 이루어지는 유기금속 착체 촉매의 존재 하에, 액상 매체 중에서 일산화탄소와 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물을 공중합시켜 폴리케톤을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 액상 매체로서 70∼90용량%의 초산과 30∼10용량%의 물로 이루어지는 혼합용매를 사용하고, 중합시 벤조페논을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)성분이 초산 팔라듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (b)성분이 1,3-비스[디(2-메톡시페닐)포스피노]프로판 또는 1,3-비스(디페닐포스피노)프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (b)성분이 1,3-비스[디(2-메톡시페닐)포스피노]프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (c)성분이 트리플루오로 초산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)성분 : 벤조페논의 몰비가 1 : 5∼100인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일산화탄소와 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물의 투입비가 1 : 1 또는 1 : 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤의 제조방법.
