Claims (8)
- a) C5∼C30의 탄화수소 원료 유분을 기체 상태에서 제올라이트 분자체가 충진된 흡착탑의 아래에서 위 방향으로 통과시킴으로써 노말파라핀을 선택적으로 흡착시키면서 흡착에 참여하지 못한 노말파라핀 이외의 유분을 흡착탑 밖으로 배출시키는 단계;b) 상기 흡착과정 후에 부탄을 사용하여 병류 퍼지시켜 제올라이트 분자체 입자 사이에 잔존하는 유분을 흡착탑에서 배출시키는 단계; 및c) 상기 병류 퍼지과정 후에 부탄을 향류(counterflow)로 퍼지시켜 공극내에 흡착된 노말파라핀을 탈착시켜 배출시키는 단계를 포함하고,여기서 상기 c) 단계에서 배출된 노말파라핀과 부탄의 혼합물은 익스트랙트 분리탑(Extract Column)에서 증류되어 분리되고, 상기 a) 및 b) 단계에서 유출된 노말파라핀 이외의 유분과 부탄 혼합물은 라피네이트 분리탑(Raffinate Column)에서 증류되어 분리되며, 각각의 분리탑에서 분리된 부탄은 흡착탑으로 재순환시키고,상기 흡착탑은 공정내에 적어도 3개 이상 설치되어 상기 1, 2 및 3단계를 순차적으로 실시하여 연속순환시키며, 이 때 상기 원료유분 및 흡착탑 유출물의 성분을 온라인으로 실시간 분석하여 각 흡착탑의 스위칭 타임을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 유분으로부터 노말파라핀을 분리하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 유분이 C5∼C10의 전범위 납사인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 및 탈착단계에서 70∼100중량%의 노말부탄 함량을 갖는 부탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착, 퍼지 및 탈착과정은 온도 150∼400℃, 압력 5∼20kg/cm2,g, 원료유 공간속도 1∼10hr-1의 범위내에서 운전하는 것을 특징하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 및 탈착단계에 사용한 부탄을 액상으로 회수하여 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 타임 결정시 근적외선 분석시스템을 사용하여 온라인 분석을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 익스트랙트 분리탑에서 분리된 노말파라핀을 에틸렌 열분해로의 원료로 사용하여 에틸렌을 증산시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 라피네이트 분리탑에서 분리된 노말파라핀 이외의 유분을 접촉 개질반응기의 원료로 사용하여 방향족 탄화수소를 증산시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
