Claims (10)
- 0.5 ∼ 10 nm의 직경을 가지는 메조포어(mesopore)가 형성되어 있는 부분과 결정질 부분이 혼재하는 M-P-O (M = 전이 금속) 함유 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 M은 Sn인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 삭제
- MxNy (M은 전이 금속, N은 O 또는 F, x 및 y는 각각 1 또는 2)의 조성을 가지는 제1 화합물과 H3PO4 와의 혼합 수용액을 제조하는 단계와,상기 혼합 수용액과 계면활성제와의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와,상기 혼합물을 건조시키는 단계와,상기 건조된 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 M은 Sn이고, N은 F인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제는 CTAB (cetyl-trimethyl-ammonium bromide: (CH3(CH2)15N(CH3)3Br)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 건조 단계는 80 ∼ 200℃의 온도하에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 400 ∼ 500℃의 온도하에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 혼합물의 건조 단계 후 혼합물의 열처리 단계 전에 상기 건조된 혼합물을 여과하여 미반응된 계면활성제를 완전히 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극과,리튬의 가역적인 인터칼레이션/디인터칼레이션이 가능한 화합물 (lithiated intercalation compound) 및 리튬과 가역적으로 반응하여 리튬-함유 화합물을 형성하는 물질 중에서 선택되는 하나의 물질로 구성되는 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극과,비수용액 전해질이 함침되어 있는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
