- 필터 엘리먼트를 통해 유동하는 공기로부터 염기성 오염물을 제거할 수 있는 산성 작용기를 가지며, 5-40nm 범위의 세공 크기를 갖는 다공성 중합체 물질을 포함하는 필터 엘리먼트와,상기 필터 엘리먼트에 결합된 포토리소그래피 툴(photolithography tool)을 포함하는 포토리소그래피 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 입자, 쓰레드(thread), 얀(yarn), 리본, 섬유 및 필라멘트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 형태인 포토리소그래피 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 다공성 미립물질 형태인 포토리소그래피 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 술폰산기를 갖는 다공성의 디비닐 벤젠 스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 포토리소그래피 시스템.

- 제18항에 있어서, 가열 및 캘린더링 단계는, 가열되고 캘린더링된 담체 물질 내에 상기 입자가 보유되도록 선택된 압력 및 시간 동안 수행되어 다공성 구조를 갖는 캘린더링된 복합체를 형성하고, 상기 분포된 입자의 표면이 캘린더링된 복합체를 통과하는 공기와 실질적으로 노출되어 접촉되고, 형성된 부직 공기 필터 복합체가 공기 필터로서 사용될 수 있는 압력 강하에 의해 특징화 되는 방법.
