Claims (19)
- 수소화물 기체 및 불활성 기체로부터 물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서,상기 물의 흡착을 수행하기 위한 조건 하에 상기 수소화물 기체 또는 불활성 기체 스트림을 유효량의 건조제와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고,1종 이상의 1족 금속 산화물과 1종 이상의 2족 금속 산화물로 구성된 금속 산화물의 혼합물을 건조제로서 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화물의 혼합물은 다공성 지지체 상에 분산되어 있는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1족 알칼리 금속 산화물은 나트륨 산화물, 칼륨 산화물, 리튬 산화물 및 세슘 산화물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2족 금속 산화물은 칼슘 산화물, 마그네슘 산화물, 스트론튬 산화물 및 바륨 산화물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 표면적이 100 m2/g 이상인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지지체가 알루미나인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속 산화물은 200℃ 내지 600℃의 온도에서 산화 조건 하에 상응하는 금속 염을 가열하여 활성화시킴으로써 형성되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 건조제는 K2O/MgO 및 Cs2O/MgO로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 2족 알칼리 토금속 산화물에 대한 1족 알칼리 금속 산화물의 몰비가 0.1 몰 내지 10 몰인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2족 알칼리 토금속 산화물에 대한 1족 알칼리 금속 산화물의 몰비가 0.3 몰 내지 5 몰인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 혼합된 금속 산화물의 하중이 지지체와 금속 산화물의 조합체의 10 중량% 내지 90 중량%인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 혼합된 금속 산화물의 하중이 지지체와 금속 산화물의 조합체의 30 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 방법.
- 암모니아로부터 물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서,상기 물의 흡착을 수행하기 위한 조건 하에 상기 수소화물 기체 또는 불활성 기체 스트림을 유효량의 건조제와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고,1종 이상의 1족 금속 산화물 및 1종 이상의 2족 금속 산화물로 구성되는 금속 산화물의 혼합물을 건조제로서 이용하는 것을 포함하여 물 함량이 500 ppm 이하인 상기 암모니아로부터 물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 금속 산화물의 혼합물은 다공성 지지체 상에 분산되어 있는 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 1족 알칼리 금속 산화물은 나트륨 산화물, 칼륨 산화물, 리튬 산화물 및 세슘 산화물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 2족 알칼리 토금속 산화물은 칼슘 산화물, 마그네슘 산화물, 스트론튬 산화물 및 바륨 산화물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 2족 알칼리 토금속 산화물에 대한 1족 알칼리 금속 산화물의 몰비가 0.1 몰 내지 10 몰인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 혼합된 금속 산화물은 K2O/MgO, K2O/BaO, Na2O/MgO, Na2O/BaO, Cs2O/MgO, Cs2O/BaO, Li2O/MgO 및 Li2O/BaO로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 건조제는 K2O/MgO 및 Cs2O/MgO로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
