Claims (3)
- 작업장 상면에 고정된 레일(33)에 설치된 고정브라켓(32)에 상기 에어호이스트(30)에 상측이 결합되고 하단 끝단에 구비된 걸고리(31)가 지지바(11)의 상부 끝단에 구비된 연결고리(11)에 연결되며 상기 지지바(11)에 고정된 브라켓(121)에 작동버튼이 구비된 작동손잡이(12)를 이용한 자동장착장치(100)에 있어서;상기 지지바(11) 끝단에 설치되고 회전축(141)을 내재하고 하방으로 끝단부에 플랜지(142)가 구비된 베어링커버(14)와, 일측은 상기 플랜지(142)에 설치되고 타측은 스토퍼핸들(13)에 상기 플랜지(142)에 설치되는 포지션스토퍼(15)로 구성된 회전지지부(10)와;상기 베어링커버(14)의 플랜지(142)와 마주보도록 플랜지(211)가 설치되고 상기 회전축(141) 끝단에 고정되는 회전커버(21)와, 상기 회전커버(21)의 타측 끝단에 고정되고 외측에 핸들(221)을 구비한 실린더하우징(22) 내측에 설치된 에어척실린더(25)의 일측은 실린더하우징(22) 끝단에 설치된 고정캡(23)에 회전가능토록 설치된 회전축(24)에 결합되고 타측은 패드(261)에 결합된 죠(26)와, 상기 실린더하우징(22)에 설치되고 상기 회전축(24)을 고정하기 위한 스토퍼(27)로 구성된 작동부(20)를; 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이휠 자동장착장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 포지션스토퍼(15)는 제1포지션바(151)와 제2포지션바(154) 사이에 핀(152)으로 연결되고 상기 제1포지션바(151)은 일측은 상기 스토퍼핸들(13)에 핀(152)으로 연결되고 타측은 상기 제2포지션바(154)에 핀(152)로 연결되며, 상기 제2포지션바(154)는 하우징(155)에 내재되고 상기 하우징(155)과 제2포지션바(154) 사이에 스프링(153)이 결합되며, 돌출된 돌부(156)는 플랜지(142)와 플랜지(211) 사이에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이휠 자동장착장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전커버(21)는 엘보형상이며 상기 베어링커버(14)의 회전축(141)을 중심으로 90도 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이휠 자동장착장치.
