Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 소정의 경도를 가지는 금속재료에 미세 패턴이 형성된 마스터 몰드를 제조하는 단계;상기 마스터 몰드에 형성된 미세 패턴이 전사되고 롤러에 감아서 사용가능하며, PET와 수지 조성물에 의하여 형성되는 연성몰드를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 연성 몰드에 형성된 미세 패턴을 다시 광학필름 모재에 전사하여 미세 패턴이 형성된 광학필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 광학필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수지 조성물은 아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리 염화비닐 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름의 제조방법.
- 소정의 경도를 가지는 금속재료에 오목다각형의 미세 패턴이 형성된 마스터 몰드를 제조하는 단계;상기 마스터 몰드에 형성된 오목다각형의 미세 패턴이 전사되고 롤러에 감아서 사용가능한 연성 몰드를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 연성 몰드에 형성된 미세 패턴을 다시 광학필름 모재에 전사하여 미세 패턴이 형성된 광학필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 광학필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연성몰드에 형성된 미세 패턴을 상기 광학필름에 전사하는 단계는 상기 광학필름 모재에 수지조성물을 도포하고 자외선을 조사하여 경화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름의 제조방법.
- 광학필름 모재가 감겨져 있고 이송경로를 따라서 공급되는 필름 권출롤;미세 패턴이 형성될 수지 조성물을 소정 두께로 필름 모재 위에 도포하는 코터;상기 광학필름 모재의 수지층에 상기 미세 패턴을 압착하여 구조화 표면을 형성하는 패턴형성롤러;상기 구조화 표면이 형성되는 광학필름에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 미세 패턴이 형성된 수지층이 경화되도록 하는 UV광조사기; 및상기 미세 패턴이 형성된 제품화된 광학필름을 감아서 보관하는 광학필름 권취롤을 포함하고,상기 패턴형성롤러의 외연은 마스터 몰드에서부터 오목 다각형의 미세패턴이 전사되어 형성된 연성 몰드가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 제조장치.

- 광학필름 모재가 감겨져 있고 이송경로를 따라서 공급되는 필름 권출롤;패턴이 형성될 수지 조성물을 소정 두께로 필름 모재위에 도포하는 코터;마스터 몰드에 형성된 오목 다각형의 미세 패턴으로부터 전사된 구조화 표면이 형성된 연성몰드를 감아 회전시키며, 상기 수지층이 코팅된 광학필름 모재가 진입될 때 상기 연성몰드와 상기 광학필름 모재를 함께 압착하여 상기 연성몰드에 형성된 상기 미세 패턴을 상기 광학필름 모재의 수지층으로 전사하는 압축롤러;상기 압축롤러와 함께 상기 연성몰드를 벨트 형상으로 감아 회전시키면서 상기 연성몰드에 인장력을 부여하는 인장롤러;상기 구조화 표면이 형성된 광학필름 모재에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 미세 패턴이 형성된 수지층이 경화되도록 하는 UV광조사기; 및상기 미세 패턴이 형성된 제품화된 광학필름이 감아 보관하는 광학필름 권취롤을 포함하는 광학필름 제조장치.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 인장롤러는 상기 압축롤러의 반경에 대하여 반경 비율을 가변하여 연성몰드의 회전 속도와 인장력을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 제조장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 인장롤러는 복수 개 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 제조장치.
