Claims (4)
- 도금층을 제거한 와이어 표면부가 와이어 길이방향에 대한 90°방향 단면의 원주상으로 요철(凹凸)형상을 갖되, 겉보기 원호길이(di)에 대한 실제 원호길이(dr)의 비(dr/di)가 1.015~1.815 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 도금 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 와이어 길이방향으로 요철(凹凸)형상을 갖되, 겉보기 측정길이(ℓi)에 대한 실제 측정길이(ℓr)의 비(ℓr/ℓi)가 1.015~1.515 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 도금 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 와이어 표면에 와이어 Kg당 0.03~0.5g의 표면처리제를 도포시킨 것을 특징으로 가스 실드 아크 용접용 도금 와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 표면처리제가 오일형태의 동물유,식물유,광물유 및 합성유중 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 도금 와이어.
