Abstract
Description
또, 본 발명의 플래시 램프 장치는 한쌍의 전극이 대향 배치되어 이루어지는 발광관을 갖는 플래시 램프와, 상기 플래시 램프의 발광관의 외부에서 전극간에 걸쳐 연장되는 고전압 공급용 근접 도체를 구비하여 이루어지는 플래시 램프 장치에 있어서,
상기 고전압 공급용 근접 도체는, 공기보다 큰 유전율을 갖는 유전체 부재로 이루어지는 밀봉관체의 내부에 위치하고, 밀봉관체의 일단으로부터 내측으로 돌출하는 제1 선상태 부분과, 상기 밀봉관체의 타단으로부터 내측으로 돌출하는 제2 선상태 부분이 신축 조정 부재에 의해 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 플래시 램프 장치에서는 밀봉관체가 석영 유리로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (8)
- 한쌍의 전극이 대향 배치되어 이루어지는 발광관을 갖는 플래시 램프와, 상기 플래시 램프의 발광관의 외부에서 전극간에 걸쳐 연장되는 고전압 공급용 근접 도체를 구비하여 이루어지는 플래시 램프 장치에 있어서,상기 고전압 공급용 근접 도체는, 공기보다 큰 유전율을 갖는 유전체 부재로 이루어지는 밀봉관체의 내부에 위치하고, 밀봉관체의 내주면이 내측으로 돌출하여 이루어지는 돌기부에 의해 슬라이드할 수 있게 유지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 한쌍의 전극이 대향 배치되어 이루어지는 발광관을 갖는 플래시 램프와, 상기 플래시 램프의 발광관의 외부에서 전극간에 걸쳐 연장되는 고전압 공급용 근접 도체를 구비하여 이루어지는 플래시 램프 장치에 있어서,상기 고전압 공급용 근접 도체는, 공기보다 큰 유전율을 갖는 유전체 부재로 이루어지는 밀봉관체의 내부에 위치하고, 밀봉관체의 일단으로부터 내측으로 돌출하는 제1 선상태 부분과, 상기 밀봉관체의 타단으로부터 내측으로 돌출하는 제2 선상태 부분이 신축 조정 부재에 의해 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉관체가 석영 유리로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉관체의 내부가 진공 분위기로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉관체의 내부가 불활성 가스 분위기로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉관체의 내부에 고체 게터가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래시 램프 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 플래시 램프 장치를 복수 구비하여 이루어지고,상기 복수의 각 플래시 램프 장치가 공통의 기대상에 개별적으로 유지되어 이루어지는 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬광 방사 장치.
