- 통내에 벼를 넣고 고온의 수증기에 의하여 벼를 찌는 장치에 있어서, 내통과 외통으로 구성되어 두통 사이에 공간이 형성된 이중통(二重筒) 구조로 되어 보일러에 의하여 만들어진 고온의 수증기를 내통과 외통 사이공간으로 인입시키는 동시에 내통 내부로 분사하는 수단을 구비하여 벼를 찌는 벼찜통(10)과 상기 벼찜통(10)을 도립(倒立)시키는 회동이 가능하게 하고 벼찜통(10)을 상하 이동이 가능하게 설치한 설치대(20)와 상기 벼찜통(10)을 회동시키는 구동모터(40)로 구성된 찐쌀제조용 벼찜장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 벼찜통(10)은 바닥면에 다수의 구멍으로 된 노즐(n)이 형성된 내통(111)과 외통(112)에 의하여 상부면을 제외한 전면에 걸쳐 이중벽을 형성하여 사이공간에 고온의 수증기가 인입되는 밀페공간으로 구성된 수증기충진부(113)가 형성된 이중통부(110)와;내통(111)의 중간 높이에서 양측면을 관통하는 배관으로 고온의 수증기가 내통내부로 분사되는 노즐(n)이 형성된 1차노즐관(120)과;외통(112)의 외측면을 관통하여 수증기충진부(113)에 보일러로부터 이송되어 온 고온의 수증기를 공급하는 수증기도입관부(130)와;외통(112)의 저면 중앙을 관통하여 외통바닥면에 고인 응축수를 외부로 방출하는 배수구(160)와;외통(112)의 중간 높이에서 양측면에 각각 돌출하여 형성된 회전축(170)으로 구성된 찐쌀 제조장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 수증기도입관부(130)는 보일러로부터 발생된 수증기를 도입하는 주도입관(131)과 주도입관(131)의 출구에 분기점(分岐點)이 형성되어 두 개의 관으로 분기되어 외통(112)의 중간 높이를 관통하여 형성된 1차수증기도입관(132)과 외통(112)의 하단부위를 관통하여 형성된 2차수증기도입관(133)으로 구성된 찐쌀제조장치
- 제3항에 있어서, 1차수증기도입관(132)와 2차수증기도입관(133)에는 각각 절환밸브(132v, 133v)가 형성된 찐쌀제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 벼찜통(10)의 내측 바닥면에 일정한 높이로 설치되어 적재되는 벼를 받쳐주되 통풍이 가능한 망상으로 되어 평편한 구조로 된 적재대(30)가 구비된 찐쌀제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벼찜통(10)의 상단의 가장자리에 파이프가 빙둘러 형성된 것으로, 작업자가 작업시 벼찜통(10)의 균형을 잡기 위한 보조핸들(50)이 구비된 찐쌀제조장치.
