Claims (12)
- 입경 7mm 이하의 클링커 애시 40~70 중량%, 수경성 시멘트 15~30중량% 및 입경 2mm 이하의 유리 분말 15~30중량%로 이루어진 원료 혼합물에 첨가수를 첨가하여 클링커애시 함유 수분을 포함하는 수분 함유량을 혼합물(A) 중량에 대하여 10~20중량%가 되도록 조정함으로써 다공질 보수층용 혼합물(A)을 제조하는 단계;입경 6mm 이하의 자기질 세라믹 분쇄물 50~90 중량%, 수경성 시멘트 5~25중량% 및 입경 2mm 이하의 유리 분말 5~25중량%로 이루어진 원료 혼합물에 첨가수를 첨가하여 수분 함유량을 혼합물(B) 중량에 대하여 5~15중량%가 되도록 조정함으로써 다공질 보강층용 혼합물(B)을 제조하는 단계;상기 다공질 보수층용 혼합물로 이루어진 다공질 보수층과, 상기 다공질 보강층용 혼합물로 이루어진 다공질 보강층을 적층하여, 5~250kg/cm2 의 면압하에서의 프레스 성형 또는 0.05~5kg/cm2 의 면압 부여하에 진동 성형 방법에 의해 성형하는 단계;수득한 다층 성형물을 양생 건조하는 단계; 및수득된 건조물을 소성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 소결 포장재의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형은, 금형 내에서 다공질 보수층용 혼합물(A)과 다공질 보강층용 혼합물(B)을 순차 주입하여 수행하거나, 혼합물(A) 및 혼합물(B) 중 어느 하나의 혼합물을 먼저 주입한 후, 수득한 성형물 상에 다른 하나의 혼합물을 주입하여 성형물을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는다공질 소결 포장재의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소성은 1000~1200℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는다공질 소결 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 골재, 수경성 시멘트, 유리 분말로 이루어지는 원료 혼합물에 첨가수를 첨가하여 혼합하고, 소정의 형상으로 성형한 후, 소성하여 수득되는 다공질 소결체로서,상기 다공질 소결체가, 입경 7mm 이하의 클링커애시 40~70중량%, 수경성 시멘트 15~30중량%, 및 입경 2mm 이하의 유리 분말 15~30중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 다공질 보수층, 및 입경 6mm 이하의 자기질 세라믹 분쇄물 50~90중량%, 수경성 시멘트 5~25중량%, 및 입경 2mm 이하의 유리 분말 5~25중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 다공질 보강층을 포함하며, 상기 다공질 보수층과 상기 다공질 보강층이 적층된 다층 구조로 이루어지고,상기 다공질 보수층의 두께(T)와 다공질 보강층의 두께(D)의 비율(T/D)이 3~11 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 소결체.

- 제8항에 있어서,상기 다공질 보수층용 혼합물 및 다공질 보강층용 혼합물내에 안료 및 플라이 애시 중 어느 하나 이상이 부가적으로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는다공질 소결체.

- 제8항 또는 제10항에 따른 다공질 소결체로 이루어진 다공질 소결 포장재.
