Claims (5)
- 초전도 케이블을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,코어들의 스트랜드 시에 복수의 코어들에 스페이서들을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 스트랜드 코어들(stranded cores)이 단열 파이프에 수용되기 전에 상기 스페이서들을 제거하고, 상기 스트랜드들이 슬랙 상태로 유지되면서, 상기 코어들을 상기 단열 파이프 내에 수용하는 단계를 포함하는, 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서들 각각의 두께는,(1) 필요한 슬랙의 양(A0) ≤ 설계 슬랙의 양(A1),여기서, 상기 필요한 슬랙의 양(A0)은 상기 코어의 수축율로 표시되며, 상기 설계 슬랙의 양(A1)은 [{(L1/L2)-1} * 100] 으로 표시되고, 여기서, L1은 상기 스페이서들을 갖는 코어들의 1 피치 길이를 나타내고, L2는 스페이서들을 갖지 않는 코어들의 1 피치 길이를 나타내며,(2) 포락원(enveloping circle)의 직경 ≤ 단열 파이프의 내경(B),여기서, 상기 포락원의 직경은 스페이서들을 갖는 스트랜드 코어들에 외접하는 원의 직경에 대응한다는 조건을 충족시키는, 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어들의 스트랜드들의 외주면을 금속판으로 커버하는 단계; 및상기 코어들이 용접기(welder) 안으로 도입되기 전에 상기 스페이서들을 제거하고, 상기 금속판들 사이의 접합부를 용접기로 용접하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이블들이 압출기(extruder) 안으로 도입되기 전에 상기 스페이서들을 제거하고, 상기 압출기에 의해 상기 코어들의 외주면으로 금속을 압출하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드 코어들 사이의 홈으로부터 상기 스페이서들을 인출하고, 상기 스페이서들을 권취하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
